funpop.net started out as the funpop twitter stream for sending out current and pithy fun stuff. The funpop twitter stream was created by the people behind jokes-o-matic.com as a way of sharing more up-to-date and varied media than was suitable for the jokes-o-matic.com site.
This website was a natural progression from the twitter stream alone. Developed by Super Shiny Robot it provides an archive of all posts, tagging support, an API, a powerful admin section with twitter integration as-well as other features.
